Pictured: The National Theatre was located at 714 1st Street in Benicia between the D.J. Quinn Groceries & Provisions store and a drug store. It was in operation in the early part of the 20th century. In 1915 the name was changed to the Orpheum which closed down in 1920 when the Majestic Theatre was built next door (at the site of the drug store which moved to the corner).
